about

"The warning is that unless the course of history changes, men all over
the world will lose their most human qualities, will become soulless automatons and will not even be aware of it." - Eric Blair aka George Orwell

REVIEWS

"hard-hitting, edgy electronic bits, futuristic, bleak, hypnotically repetitive big beats, journalistic voyaging through the form of sampled quotes taken from philosophers, cult films or old news broadcasts. A nod to to classic industrial music fusing it with the rhythms of hip hop, the abrasive textures of the noise scene and the intensity of post-metal acts."
- Fusion Anomaly

"History of Illusion is an often cold and desolate sounding record, though it also has moments of classic and catchy electronic beats and loops. However it is likely that many people who are politically unconscious or for whom the world of electronic music is not something they gravitate towards will find History of Illusion a disturbing and ear shattering manifesto created by a crazy person, much like the clean cut hard working Americans of the sixties dismissed the message of peace and love that the hippies were trying to preach. Though had they listened then History of Illusion never would have been made. Perhaps history is meant to repeat itself, if solely for the purpose of making art."
- The Equal Ground

“I’m a big fan of ‘real’ mind-altering music. To me the problem with most of this kind of music, is that the truly spicy stuff, often is also very dark. I find that frightning ’cause this music can, if you allow it, get into your mind and emotional state in a very intense way. Now it’s great if what you allow to get in is the good aspects. Most of the material in those days were made by lost, frustrated, and desperate people, so often is their music. A truly dark psychedelic piece can sort of get to you and make you feel that dark nastiness. Maybe that’s the problem overly sensitive people like me have to deal with, just like the darker trips… not all of us can handle them. The material on this album struck me as intensively trippy and creepy.”
- The Psychedelic Review

"The one-man band plays in the same sandbox as COIL and Trent Reznor’s other band, How To Destroy Angels, which takes its name from a COIL song. Fusing cold synths and unique storytelling, the band aims to set foot on the set of Blade Runner and become the strip bar’s house band. Soulless automatons be damned!"
